LETTING BOARDS

You might have noticed we don’t use many ‘To Let’ boards around town and that’s on purpose. We live and work in the community, and we understand that too many letting boards, especially in student areas can be frustrating for residents.

That said, if a landlord requests a board, we’ll happily put one up (for free!). But most of our properties are let without them. In fact, over 85% of our managed student lets for 2025–26 are already taken, thanks to strong demand and smart online advertising across all the major platforms.
