Late rent 3% above the bank of England base rate after 7 days of late rent.

 

Lost keys during the tenancy or none return of keys at the end of tenancy will be paid directly to the agent so as a replacement can be made. £14.40 Including VAT per set per person.

 

Possible Deposit Deductions

This will be set out as per the DPS deposit protection schemes terms and conditions and the invoice will be sent in a proof of full cost.

 

Tenants could be deducted a fee for any damage or mis use of fire equipment this will be the full cost of the invoice including VAT.

Tenants could be deducted a fee for any damage to the property if smoking or vaping has caused the property to require specific cleaning to remove the smell. This will be the full cost of the invoice

 

Tenants could be deducted a fee for the full cost of replacing a fire door if it is deemed unfit for purpose, an invoice will be the full cost and will be used as evidence.

 

Tenants could be deducted a fee for the non-return on their keys at the end of tenancy, if a full new lock and keys are required the full cost will be deducted from the deposit.

 

Tenants could be charged a fee at the end of tenancy if the property is not in a good clean condition, an invoice will show the full cost of the clean including VAT.

 

Additional Charges

Were it is stated in the contract you as the contract holder are responsible for all bills, you will be charged the full amount invoice by the utility provider if this is within your tenancy start and finish date.
